Your Miracle Maternity Care guarantees maternity care in three phases. Whether you could use a helping hand before, during or after your birth, I guide you in different areas. I pay special attention to twins in particular. Below, I briefly outline some practical information.
Good to know, is that I speak English fluently and can support non-native parents without any problems. If you would like to learn more or schedule an appointment, all you have to do is reach out to me.
If you would like to request an introductory meeting, you can sign up via the contact form. During that meeting, we will determine whether we’d get along well. If that’s the case, you can register as a client and schedule an intake interview. We will then cover the whole process, from pregnancy and childbirth to the first weeks after your baby is born. Your family situation, cultural and religious background, among others, will be discussed. If you have certain habits or pets, that’s the appropriate time to inform me about them.
The consultation usually takes place about ten to eight weeks before your due date. For a first pregnancy, I will visit you at home. If you have already experienced childbirth, a conversation over the phone will do. My aim is to get to know you and your partner better and exchange information about your childbirth. That way, you will be well prepared for every step. All that remains is to count down!
If you’ve got any questions about giving birth, the first postpartum period and breastfeeding, please contact me by phone or WhatsApp.

In order to manage deliveries, I act as a parturition assistant. On the one hand, I can do that at the request of your midwife if you give birth at home. On the other hand, I can assist with outpatient deliveries, depending on your hospital. Please note that I cannot assist during a medical birth (e.g. in case of complications). Of course, I will assist you afterwards.
Since I am in close contact with your midwife/midwives, hospital or birth centre, I know exactly how to facilitate the process and how to make you feel more comfortable. Moreover, it will be pleasant for you and your partner to see a familiar face during labour.
Just after your baby is born, I make sure that you and your baby are in good health. Right after, I will take care of your baby for a little while so you can freshen up in peace. I am available for about eight days after you give birth. In case of complications, I may exceptionally stay longer. That might be the case, for example, if your baby does not gain weight fast enough.
The tasks I take on during the first week of childbirth include daily check-ups, keeping your house tidy and supporting fathers when there are visitors. I will also teach you how to take care of your baby, give useful tips on breastfeeding and, above all, carefully monitor your new family structure. It is important to me that you get peace and quiet to recover from your delivery and eventually learn to nurse your baby independently.
Your Miracle Maternity Care from Almere offers you professional support before, during and after giving birth.
